I've been dancing since the age of three. Being a part of a military family, I've traveled many places and danced for many studios. I am trained in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, and Hip hop. After moving to Humble, TX in 1997 I began taking classes at Dance Time Studio as well as Carolyn Roberts Dance Academy. I became a Nimitz High School Starboard Angel in 2001. After high school, I began taking classes at Houston Metropolitan and began teaching at Miss Barbara's Dance Studio. In 2015 I started the Skylette Dance team at Humble Middle School. It has always been a dream of mine to open my own dance studio and I thank God that that time is now. I am truly blessed and I pray that every student at DCBD is fulfilled in the art of Dance and production.
I began my dance journey at the age of 2 at Dance time Studio where I practiced tumbling, ballet, jazz, & tap. I was a part of several dance companies including AAOG, Houston Metropolitan and attended Ms. Barbara's Dance Studio. I was a Kingwood Park High School Cheerleader 2009-2011 and can't wait to begin teaching at DCBD.

My dance journey started at the age of four at the Benjamin school of dance and gymnastics in New Orleans, Louisiana. After attending for about four years my dance career came to a pause. I then continued my dance career in high school. I attended Nimitz high school where I became a Starboard Angel. I continued to be on the team all four years and held a captain title for three. Meanwhile I continued to learn different style of dance through camp and classes that were offered to me. After graduating high school I attended Prairie View A&M University. During my final semester of my freshman year, I joined the amazing Black Foxes dance team of the Marching Storm Marching Band. I was apart of the team for three year and also held the Assistant Captain position for two. During my senior year of college I was offered a teaching position in HISD at Stephen F Austin high school where i am currently the dance teacher of the Emeralds dance team and Envy Color guard.

I’ve been dancing since my freshmen year of high school, I’ve always wanted to join dance classes as a little girl but my parents didn’t have time, nor the funds. So I decided to teach myself and when I joined drill team at Nimitz high I then progressed. I made officer my 2nd year of drill team and continued on to my senior year. I am inspiring to be a future Texans cheerleader! Also very happy to help other girls/boys fulfill dreams of becoming the dancer they want to become.
